Why We Built This
Our customers told us the same thing over and over: they love Timedox reports, but generating them every Monday morning is a chore. Managers want data delivered to their inbox, not locked behind a dashboard they have to remember to check.
Automated Report Scheduling changes that. Set up a report once with the filters, date range, and format you need, then choose your delivery schedule. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Timedox handles the rest.
How It Works
Navigate to any report in Timedox and click the new Schedule button. Choose your recipients (any email address, not just Timedox users), select a frequency, and pick your preferred format (PDF, CSV, or Excel).
Reports are generated fresh each delivery cycle using live data. If an employee edits a timesheet after the report period closes, the next scheduled report will reflect the updated data.
Use Cases
Operations managers use weekly hour summaries to track labor costs across projects. Finance teams schedule biweekly overtime reports to forecast payroll. HR departments automate monthly attendance summaries for compliance reviews.
The most popular configuration so far is a Monday 7 AM delivery of the previous week's hours by department, formatted as a PDF. It arrives before most managers even get to their desks.
